Yarn issue when trying to local host redm #3

Couldn't load resource yarn: Failed to open packfile: ReadBulk of header failed: Failed to fetch: Failure downloading resource.rpf: HTTP 403: Filter failed: Unknown file.. comes up when I try to launch my local hosted redm server.
