Link to /index should go to / in dashboard #578

on the pages section, if I click on the "open in a new page" icon and the page is "/" instead of pointing to "https://mydomain.com/" it points to "https://mydomain.com/index" which 404s. Thought I'd mention it.

This is fixed and will be available in the next update! :)
