Litecoin BIP65 support #136

Powerpool does not support Litecoin BIP65, so you can't mine LTC blocks with powerpool atm. Can you fix this?

I'll look into this tomorrow morning, but I don't have a ton of bandwidth if it takes too long unfortunately.
