Delete old credits past a certain age. #170

Our page load times are getting slower and slower because the number of credits in the database. They were never intended to be permanent. I'm thinking 1 week. Thoughts @ericecook .

1 week and paid out. We have some credits older than 1 week which haven't been paid yet
