get_contributor helper #25

Goal Author information existed in two places:

In article front-matter
In contributors.yml

This PR creates a get_contributor helper to use contributors.yml as a single source of truth to set author information.

Details

Created get_contributor_by_name helper
Using new helper in _article_header.erb and blog.html.erb
Removed unused fields from article front-matter
Deleted /images/blog/authors/ images
