Consider placing Foundation SCSS import files within sass folder #10

Suggested by Lindley. Makes sense to me, thoughts? There's nothing that would conflict with Foundation being within another folder as opposed to in the root of the theme right?

I think there is a good argument here for localizing the dependencies of the theme into the theme itself. My concern is that these extraneous SASS files, and really any SASS files, shouldn't be a part of the active, live theme.
