Support for TileStache- and Bing- style URL variables. #7

{XXX/XXX} {YYY/YYY} {quadkey} etc.

We currently have examples for these, but they're not supported directly by the library.

This seems like low priority given how easy it is to write your own url function. So, closing for now.
