URI token flag implementation #63

Currently EC SLP edition does not have payment requests implemented. The simpleledger URI schema for SLP payment requests needs to be defined and reviewed taking into account following previous work:

This partially implemented in release 3.4.10. Send tab can accept a simpleledger URI with a single token payment request.

To Do:

Allow two amount fields (1 BCH and 1 SLP) amount
Implement NFT1 "isgroup" token flag
