Test eLua cpu.* module functions #41

We know that the cpu.*() Lua interrupt-related functions can be enabled in eLua 
compilation, but no interrupt sources are implemented, so you can't do anything 
with them.

Test the other cpu.* functions (clock, r32 etc) and update EluaModules
