add read the docs badge to README #18

this is just adding the readthedocs badge to the README. I was looking around things and stumbled upon the read the docs setup for this and saw it was still building from the develop branch. I changed it to master and now docs should be up to date again. Apparently you can also publish docs explicitly for tags, not sure if this is useful.

@atomicules if you let me know your readthedocs username, I'll add you as a maintainer there as well.
