Trace import and export #11

Hi Olav,

This PR contains SAML Trace import and export functionality that we and a broad array of our customers have been using in production since 2012. I propose to merge this and make a new release into the Firefox Add-on repository.

Hi, I tried to merge this locally now, and I see that there is some shuffling of resources and deleting of files in this patch set. Any chance of having it re-spun as a single commit with only the addition of the export/import functionality?

No problem; I've done that from a different fork so opened a new PR: #13
