Support for WS-Federation #43

I'm really happy for being able to finally push this thing. It may be a bit late for @adamjbradley (issue #7), but I think it's still a great enrichment for SAML-tracer to not "only" support SAML-Protocol, but now also WS-Federation!

Personally, I usually have to deal more with WS-Fed than with SAML-P. Although this may certainly not apply to the majority of the SAML-tracer users, I think it's still a benefit for all of us :-)

I'm looking forward to your feedback!

Hi @khlr!

Thanks a lot for this! I don't have access to any WS-Federation entities that I could use to test, so I'll just assume it works and merge it 😉

Please excuse me for coming back to this so late: If you e.g. have a Microsoft Live Account, you can test this feature for instance by using Excel Online: https://office.live.com/start/Excel.aspx
