Bugfix/fix validation errors

This pull request fixes most of the validation errors which are reported during the addons.mozilla.org validation process.

In a nutshell:

• Avoided a bunch of potentially unsafe assignments to innerHTML
• Updated the dependencies pako and Highlight.js
