Display departments #26

Hi,

Amazing app, very interested in extending capacities on specific areas. Would it be possible to display smaller administrative units such as departments ?

I reckon the more details the less perfs, so wonder if you recommend a fork per continent to keep it light.

For Cameroon for instance I found depaetment details here
