Group call/conference support #5138

Feature

It would be cool to see a group calling feature in the app. Currently afaik the only relevant messengers that has this are signal and threema (and element but it seems to be an element feature and not a matrix feature). It would be nice to have this feature on a messenger that doesn't require an initial investment (ie paying threema or paying for a phone number with signal), and I think it would bring more people into using simplex for groups

After a little more searching, it looks like Jami also has support for this. Unfortunately its approach involves directly exposing your ip to your peers

I saw that issue before making this one, but that one was very vague so I proceeded
