Update strings portuguese br (correctely accurate) #700

I changed the América Central and América do Norte para Leste dos EUA and Oeste dos EUA. I checked bot servers and the both Server only have americans or canada. ID:23839113

PR closed. The previous server names were already correct. Please always check res/values (English file) before making the changes, and you'll see they are actually called "Central America" and "North America".
