This PR contains the fresh and totally improved Portuguese translations. These changes are all based on English changes at PR #892. All these changes I found necessary for polished and clear reading.

ℹ️ Plus

"Flood", though it generally means water flooding, in Brazilian Portuguese it can also be understood as spamming.
