2 years ago I'm not convinced that other users will want this functionality to be frank. This seems relatively niche, and I'm not sure you should be able to force them to wear apparel. Afaik their outfits are locked by default in vanilla (whether or not this is the behavior you would like to see, I don't think it has a place in this mod). Do argue for a case if you think that I am wrong, but I am closing the issue for now.
Hi, doing quests then refugees arriving they all wear tattered apparel. Current outfit is unchangeable, except if you pick one of them and tell him force wear something. Would be nice that this mode unlocked default apparel for refugees even if its later impossible to take away.
