[ ] Ability to copy a tag (in tag editor), add Copy From button to start creating tag from the basis of another prior one
[ ] Ability to copy tags from one pawn to another (multiple)
[ ] Ability to copy loadouts from one pawn to another (take the union of both tags)

I actually think this is a subset of #51, I.e. QOL for better mass assignment / management of tags.
