Current Issue: Almost universally, when adding tags it is because I have new items that I want to override in the current configuration. i.e. I am trying to solve the problem my pawn is NOT wearing something I want them to wear. When adding tags to pawn (wither bulk or individually) they are added to the bottom of the priority. This results in constantly increasing clicks as the colony grows when adding tag, then dragging new tag to the .
Rationale: Other than at the beginning of the game, I always have something equipped. The only use, to me, to not be at the top is when I want to add a new layer under the 'winter' (or other seasonal equivalent) but I still don't want it at the bottom (typically in the middle, between winter and a previous tier I am transitioning off of).
The only other use cases I have are when I am adding for a new slot (where it doesn't matter top/bottom) or utility items (where it hasn't mattered for me, and I'm not sure how compositable loadouts work with weight limits?).
Proposal: Tags should be added at top of priority which to me is intuitive behaviour.
