Try a more complicated rating model #2

It would be really cool to find out how well this approach works with a more realistic rating model (ideally not one that SB are currently actually using, for reasons of commercial confidentiality)

@adamacs would be a good person to talk to to find out the stuff we need to support that we don't currently
