The purpose of this ticket is to:

upgrade the project dependencies
upgrade Terraform code to work with the latest version of Terraform
the current code works on Terraform version 1.19 but breaks due to the experimental tag on 1.5.7 and newer.

I've started a PR with Golang updated to v1.21
