pol.xml should be updated for newer version of Spring Boot

Today I updated my JDK to the 20-th although I have been using the 17-th version in all microservices. I had to update the pom.xml file for PhotoAppApiAlbum being able to run in my environment. Otherwise it just crashed with errors.
