Create Invoice calculation issue

when user add discount on total items its working fine but when user change the discount type the whole calculations showing negative data. STR:

1. go to create invoice
2. add products and add discount (discount type is on total amount)
3. after filling details change the discount type to net amount, amount showing in negative values
