S-pen annotations not fluid on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get hold of a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, 2014 edition
2. Annotate a document using the S-pen

What is the expected output?

Annotations are generated in a fluid manner, following the pen strokes

What do you see instead?

Somewhat slow annotations, not very fluid. zig-zagging behind the pen.

What version of the product are you using?

On what operating system?

What device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition.

Please provide any additional information below.
On the Samsung Note 2 annotations are nice and fluid (though still too thick... 
see 2nd issue)
If annotations worked well on the Galaxy Note 10.1, this would be a great 
feature, because apps with good annotation even just on PDF are still missing 
from the market.
