Please choose a Region: options, improve naming #69

Currently

Please choose a region uses options: Don't show this again, Later, Yes

Expected

Options: Dont show this gain, Later, Choose region. Yes is an uninformative option and bad UX.

Wondering if Choose region should also be the first option to nudge users to actively set a region.
