Output directory exists: no warning #41

When running the wrapper after a failed execution it will stop with this error: Step 1 failed, we stop there at /home/ubuntu/miniconda3/envs/virsorter/bin/wrapper_phage_contigs_sorter_iPlant.pl line 228.

Removing the already created directory fixed it so I think it would benefit the user to check the existence of the output directory and throw a specific error, if the directory is found.

Not reproduced, I'll check the code for this
