In the current implementation, rotated images, that is, that do not have the entire region of landsat bands with valid pixels, are being analyzed in the wrong way. Provisioning of uncovered areas aborted in the calculation of cloud coverage will result in a lower than expected because rotated images have regions to be disregarded in the calculation.
