unfitting events #1093

Solfall, Some experiences in my Norway game I would like to point out. Similar to vanilla the population of Norway is almost always for 100% free trade. Other similarities is the population ideologies defaulting to 33% on the four marked ideologies except laissez faire. Then we have 66% secularized and 33% moralism. Similar thing with pacifism and citizenship. Unfitting events for capital punishment. They still occur when you have abolished it. I feel that many of the events are unfitting for the time period. Not talking about the description of them, but the events itself and the results of some of them. The citizenship events for example. "You see I have this dream of mine" with the 5% limited citizenship support effect becomes humorous since immigrants and minorities have equal rights and full citizenship. In the text of some of the events, you can see the same demographic appear twice in different options. Nations are not good at moving their armies around. They almost never participates in peacekeeping missions.

Most of the comments are unspecific -> no action. Will change capital punishment preconditions and the "I have this dream of mine"

After further investigation, "I have this dream of mine" comes out of the stock event - called in onAction - may take this down the line but right now - no plans to fix.
