I think this carried over from vanilla, but Swettenham in South Africa should probably be called Swellendam. A cursory search does not reveal any references to Swellendam ever being called Swettenham.
On the topic of names, it might also make more sense to rename Cauquenes in Chile to Concepción for two reasons. First, Cauquenes is actually located further north, in the Talca province. Concepción is located where Cauquenes province is. Second, Cauquenes has roughly 30.000 inhabitants while Concepción is one of the bigger cities in Chile with a population exceeding 200.000.
The Nuuk special terrain on Greenland is located in both Qeqqata and Kujalleq but not in the actual province of Nuuk.
