Save Converter CTD #1135

Converted a Vic2 HOD 3.04 save file to NWO using the converter on the simsulla website, and in the middle of attempting to load the save the game crashed.

The Converted, I am afraid has not been working since don't remember which version. And at the moment I don't have the spare time to fix it. It should be taken down from the website. I apologize
