Western powers declare war in a crisis on each other #115

Sinnaj63: global war broke out over some minor crisis. I feel like crisis should only have a local effect, or somehow not lead to everyone suddenly warring each other. Like look at the Ukranian Conflict. Only Russia and Ukraine are directly involved, everyone else just sits there and sometimes makes threats of economic measures. And I don't see how any western power would declare war on any in any situation.

Technically difficult to address - not sure how to make it...
