I want to ask, is there an chance to add "Upper Silesia Autonomy" event in Katowice and Opole provinces.
In the last census, more than 800,000 people were declared officially according to official sources. In this way it is the largest minority in Poland.
It is worth adding that the autonomy of Upper Silesia was illegally liquidated by the communist authorities after the end of World War II. Currently the Silesian Autonomy is functioning in Upper Silesia and its program is to restore economic autonomy by 2020. At present, the organization has its representatives in the Sejm of the voivodship and coordinators in the Śląskie Province.
The second question is the restoration of the legal autonomy that Silesia had before World War II, and which - as I wrote earlier - was abolished by the illegal decree. Here is the same scheme - autonomy in Poland.
I would like to play in this case autonomous Silesia, where "official" cultures are Silesia, Poland and the Czech Republic. The area of autonomy would include Opole and Katowice. Within the historical Silesia (Bielsko and Cieszyn) movement of Silesia Autonomous Movement has less followers.
