Foreign Investment #1186

I was wondering if it is possible that capitalists could build factories and infrastructure in other countries, giving the profits to the foreign capitalists. It could be super interesting to see a more involving world economy in the game. It is possible?

They can. And you can manage it as a player. But for the AI countries it is not mod-able (other than giving capitalists cache - and hoping the Clausewitz ai will use it to invest abroad)
