Population #1191

It seems like there is a problem. Up to the screen my population is 70 million. But at the buttom right statistic is 250 million.

Are you sure about the figures. In Vic2 sometimes pop menas number of POP's. Sometimes actual population. There are 4 real persons per POP. I.e. a figure of 70mil and 280mil would make seance.
