Blank Map When Choosing Nation in Multiplayer #1194

There is a very big glitch in multiplayer that prevents the game from even starting in a multiplayer match. Any players that join the server after loading a previous save game, can only view a blank map, and cannot select any country, upon joining the server. This problem does not affect the game when starting a fresh multiplayer match with the mod. I am using no other mods, and have cleared the cache, and reinstalled the mod multiple times.

Current game version is 3.04. NWO is on it's latest version. Cleared cache multiple times.

Please help, the mod is fantastic, but I can't play multiplayer with another person because of this.

I haven't tried multiplayer on Victoria 2 at all but I will try to look into it.

Thank you for looking into it, also the problem seems to persist only in multiplayer to the person trying to connect to me, and so far I have only experienced it in the New World Order Scenario (1992 start) after playing for a few years. My current multiplayer playthrough from 1946 seems to be working fine so far.
