I have encountered an issue with tech screen.
When I open it it looks like this:

If I try to choose tech the game crashes.
And playing as Bosnia I noticed that the independence referendum event,if it exists,does not fire and it's left as puppet of Yugoslavia and regarding the tech issue I would like to point out that Bosnia had much better technological arsenal than the one you gave it.
