Crash on "Creating texture for Quad 689" #1221

Hi. So, i'm having this pesky problem i never had before. It's crashing at this point of the loading. I already red the issue #885 and followed ALL the instructions and still not working, but i just dont wanna give up. I love NWO mod, i've played before some time ago and i would enjoy playing.

I'm a modder too, i have some experience modding EU3 and Vicky2 and i have no idea of what's going on here. Here the system log
