7 years ago Martinique and French Guiana cores.zip If you're wondering why I haven't made a commit on this it is because I fear I may mess things up with my nwomod repository and a also since this mod is so large continually downloading several times would worsen my connection my the internet. Anyways on the issue I wasn't sure whether to put in countries representing the rest of the British overseas territories like the Pitcairn Islands, I will let you decide on that since I am not sure whether the very small population of the territories would make countries poor for gameplay like the bantustans of Namibia excluding East Caprivi however countries like Norfolk Island are in the game despite having less than 2000 inhabitants. Anyways if you were to include them in this mod they could be represented as if the UK suddenly gave autonomy to all of it's over seas territories instead of outright independence, also I think that some territories like for example the Falkland Islands are better represented as countries in game than other territories like the South Georgia Islands because in the unofficial status 1986 referendum in the Falkland Islands, independence was considered as an option in the poll. As for the Canary Islands I removed cores for Morocco on the province since Moroccan irredentism completely excludes the Canary Islands from the territories it claims as part of the of a Greater Morocco, it was probably a leftover from the Darkest Hour conversion although Morocco did support some terrorist groups like the in the 1970s like the MPAIAC that wanted the independence of the Canary Islands from Spain along with many other political parties like the Canarian Coalition which instead supports autonomy from Spain not independence. The Sneaky Top Hat 2.Certain provinces particularly some owned by France don't have any cores what so ever and it is just listed as colonies in the 1992 start. I would like to know why provinces like Martinique don't have any cores on it. I do understand why some provinces like Mayotte don't have cores on them as a country would usually claim them as part a of an irrendentist decision like a greater Comoros/ As for certain places like Martinique and French Guiana I know that there is several separatist movements in real life advocating for the independence of those places however they receive little support from the general population.
