Only one page of comments is loaded sometimes #117

If I go straight into destroyable city 5, only the first page is loaded. Sometimes it loads the rest, but not usually.

To be more precise, when the votes/thumbnail load first, only one page is shown (shows '1 of 1'). If the comments happen to load first, it will be correct (1 of 51).
