Mouse element creation is off #132

I'm not sure how to explain this exactly. It appears to be creating a separated brush draw for mouse release, it leaves it disconnected from the rest of the 'continuous' mouse drawn lines. http://i.minus.com/ijI0duxZd2Zjj.png These were simply just moving the mouse while clicking, which normal tpt does not do (it appears to ignore the release completely).
