For example, save or copy an area with Ctrl + C. When it's done being copied, the brush is still drawn where it was when you started the copy, not where it is now. Another example (or something slightly different) is on the save browser, when you right click some text, then exit out of that new window when over a save button, the button doesn't highlight like your mouse was over it, even after you start moving it again. I don't think triggering these functions would cause any problems.
