Arabic-Indic digit enhancement #1

First, I would like to thank you many, for this lightweight plugin. Actually this is not issue rather than enhancement and I think this plugin must be perfect. I suggest to change number 5 from '۵' (U+06F5) Persian, Sindhi and Urdu glyph to Arabic-Indic digit five '٥' (U+0665), Or make numbers set selectable in plugin options
