Production autoconversion

Autoconversion will remove Python scripting as a barrier to visualizing data from existing simulation engines, which will save users a lot of time and complication. We will release the initial production version of autoconversion for this milestone.

Demonstrate live interactions with Vivarium

Now that we have a prototype Python engine (octopus) that can stream live simulations, we want to demonstrate changing those simulations as they run live, especially running in the Vivarium package which can connect to any simulation engine.
