Gradient agent colors #104

Use Case

As a user of the viewer, I want to be able to color agents by mapping the value of some property to a color gradient.

Acceptance Criteria

Users can provide normalized values for each agent in simularium data and have those mapped to a color gradient to choose a color for each agent in the viewer.
