Production real-time plots

Real time plots will help users explore data interactively, so they can iteratively use the 3D view to ask questions that metrics can help answer, plot the metrics, and repeat. We will release the first production version of real-time plots for this milestone.

Prototype Jupyter notebook viewer

Being able to view simularium trajectories directly in a Jupyter notebook through code will save computational biologists the extra steps of loading their .simularium files in the viewer website manually. We'll prototype this as a first step.
