Models are run with different parameter sets, and often understanding the model requires observing the different trajectories for different value(s) of parameters. We have data for multiple trajectories with varied parameter sets for a few of the example models we've posted. There should be a way to quickly navigate between trajectories in a set while browsing the library.
Often modelers use matrices to visualize differences in an output across multiple trajectories. Each cell of the matrix could be a snapshot of the 3D view at a given timepoint in the trajectory (often at the end), or a small plot of a metric over time in each trajectory.
Currently only one trajectory can be associated with a card on the landing page, but it could be easier to see which trajectories are from the same model if they shared a card and there was an intermediate menu to select which parameter set, which individual trajectory, to visualize.
