Complete real-time plots configuration

Use Case

As a user, I want to be able to add, remove, and edit plots on the plots panel using the UI so that I can interactively explore different metrics for analysis without having to create them in Python first.

Acceptance Criteria

Plots can be added and removed and configured with different metrics using UI controls in the Simularium viewer.
