Design work only
This work came out of mobile/getting started research conducted summer 2023 at ISSCR
Redesign of low hanging fruit on homepage (landing page), locking header, and ensuring small screens are still navigable via items in the header.
Lyndsay will detail these and review w/ Blair for commitment to them and add the items in more detail here

@blairlyons I created a few tickets that fall under this ticket. So...this is more of a milestone now I guess. Maybe we can change it to that or delete if it's no longer needed:)
