Description

We need to update the cards design on landing page for a host of reasons

Users (especially on smaller screens and touch only) struggle to understand the cards are clickable which prevents them from seeing the viewer
For touch screens and improved accessibility, users should be able to initiate the animations on cards by some other affordance than hover only.
Cards are excessively long and don't look great. Too much text, need better interaction for touch and keyboard only access
